Welcome to Candy X. By using this website and its services (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Candy X lets you create short links, split traffic between multiple destinations, generate QR codes, build bio pages and view click statistics. Some features require a free account.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country).

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to create links that point to, or to promote:

• malware, viruses, phishing pages or any content designed to steal data or credentials;
• spam, scams, fraud or deceptive offers;
• illegal content, including content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights;
• content that sexually exploits minors, promotes violence, terrorism or hate;
• attempts to hide the real destination of a link in order to mislead people.

We may disable or delete any link or account that breaks these rules, without notice. Anyone can report a link on our report page.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add (link titles, bio text, images). You give us permission to store and display it only as needed to run the Service.

5. Availability

We work hard to keep the Service online, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Candy X is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data resulting from your use of the Service or from the websites that short links point to.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
